Hey, I'm Geoff. I've been in product and engineering for 15 years. I've run an agency, led engineering teams, and shipped products for some of the biggest brands in the world. Now, I'm back to building; fully focused on operationalizing agents that run real businesses.
At Raven, I'm Head of Product & AI. In practice, I'm hands-on every day, doing harness engineering. That's building the agents and the entire system they run in; the databases, file structure, memory, and environment. A company operating system. A brain that remembers.
Before Raven, I founded Stack Five, a boutique product agency I bootstrapped to ~$1M in revenue. I also led a 16-person engineering team at Code4rena. I've done the management, the sales, and the founder seat; the seat I want next is the one with my hands on the build. More history.
